Leah Chodzicki

Therapist

Leah offers a warm, grounded space for adults and teens (16+) who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-criticism, or emotional exhaustion. Leah supports clients in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and developing greater emotional safety and self-trust.

Her work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and somatic approaches, helping clients understand their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Leah believes that our struggles often make sense when we explore the parts of ourselves shaped by past experiences, and that healing happens when those parts feel seen rather than pushed away. By integrating body-based awareness and nervous system regulation, she helps clients move out of survival mode and into greater clarity and balance.

Leah is currently completing Level 1 training in Nature-Based Therapy and thoughtfully incorporates the natural environment to support grounding, presence, and regulation. Leah works with a wide range of concerns and is especially drawn to supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and challenges related to self-worth and emotional wellbeing.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of what you are carrying, you are not alone. Many of us are burnt out trying to “keep up” in a fast-paced world. The pressure to “hold it all together” leaves our minds cluttered and our bodies tense.

Sessions with Daryan offer you space to exhale. She invites you to slow down, become curious about what is present for you, and what your personal well-being feels like. Her approach honours your lived experiences, empowers your strengths, and recognizes that meaningful relationships play an important role in growth and well-being.

Daryan is a self-taught artist, therapeutic yoga teacher, and Nature lover. She is currently completing a Master’s in Psychotherapy and Spirituality – Art Therapy (MPS-AT) through St. Stephen’s College. She finds transformation and healing through presence with Nature, creativity, and movement. Her intention is to support you in feeling more connected to yourself, more at ease in your body, and nourished by the connections in your life.

Sessions may include conversation, grounding and mindfulness practices, and art-making to support reflection, expression, or rest and relaxation. No previous art or movement experience is required, and all offerings are optional to you.

Daryan hopes to empower you to shape a life that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.
