Filip is a counsellor with an MA in Counselling Psychology and 10+ years in social services, supporting children, youth and families in crisis. He helps with anxiety, low mood, trauma, self‑esteem, identity, stress, grief, life transitions and related concerns.

Using a client‑centred, trauma‑informed approach, Filip draws on CBT, person‑centred and humanistic methods, mindfulness, SFBT and culturally sensitive practices to create personalized plans.
