Does this sound familiar?
Sometimes, you can't figure out exactly what your baby needs or what their cries are for.
You've done everything you can think of; you've fed, changed and swaddled, but the baby is still unhappy (and maybe you are too), and you're doing this alone in the middle of the night.
What if you could feel seen and heard in how challenging this transition is (and for everyone else to keep their unsolicited, outdated comments to themselves)?
Every mom we've ever worked with wants to feel worthy in motherhood. Yet, we're all dealing with imposter syndrome, decision fatigue and silent arguments with partners who don't know how to help, making it feel impossible to catch up on everything that needs doing (and forget sleeping when the baby sleeps).
What you need is someone in your corner guiding you through this phase of life and cheering you on. It's nice to gather with moms who had the same experience last night.
Eight week mom and baby group.
We invite you to join our FLOURISH mom and baby group because if you don't:
This time with your baby could continue to feel isolated.
You will befriend google hard and turn to it at every opportunity, never feeling into your own intuition.
And honestly, this phase of life is too short to do it alone, and we genuinely want these good things for you:
To meet new moms and build new friendships
Have accountability for a scheduled socialization outing every week
Positive encouragement and reassurance from other mothers
Ease your frustrations and normalize your experience
Feel supported while troubleshooting last night's midnight party with real humans.
Topics we will cover:
Sleepless Nights
Changing Relationship Dynamics and Communication
Expectations and Boundaries
Emotions and Coping Skills
Stress Management
Your New "Normal" and Sense of Self
And more
Facilitated by Kayla Huszar, therapist for moms and Chantal, practicum student.
Feeling more connected in motherhood is easy:
Register today ($250*); we only have space for 10 moms so that we have an intimate feel
Enjoy more of your postpartum.
*This could be claimable on your health benefits under Registered Social Worker
FAQ:
Can I bring my baby? Yes
What if my baby cries? Yup, that might happen. And it’s a pretty common concern for new moms thinking about joining a group. Here’s the thing though, babies cry to communicate and their cries are much more acute to you than to anyone else, so it’s no biggie to us.
