Cultivating inner peace in a world that moves at lightning speed can be tricky.

Maybe you want to open yourself up to an entirely new experience that will challenge you, push you out of your comfort zone, and ultimately help you become the best version of yourself.

Attending therapy is a powerful step toward personal growth, emotional regulation, and healing. It requires vulnerability and courage. Being open to the experience, and being ready for whatever comes next. This is where real growth happens, where we open up, expand, and heal.

Charlie uses a holistic lens and incorporates a variety of therapy modalities, including:

  • SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy): Focuses on solving problems using your strengths.

  • EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy): Helps couples improve their emotional connection.

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems): Works with different parts of your personality to make you feel better.

  • DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy): Teaches skills to handle emotions and stress better.

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): Change negative thoughts to improve feelings and actions.

Charlie helps adolescence (15+), adults and couples with:

  • Grief and loss

  • Being young parents

  • Life transitions

  • Stress management

  • Trauma

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

How to get started

  1. Click the “Book with Charlie” button, choose discovery call and a time that works for you.

  2. If we are a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session.

  3. After that first session, we’ll decide how often you want to meet and go from there.

More then my work:

Charlie’s favorite pieces of entrepreneurship are having work/life balance, being able to prioritize her own needs in life and business, and supporting beautiful humans on their own journeys.
