EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy): Helps couples improve their emotional connection.
IFS (Internal Family Systems): Works with different parts of your personality to make you feel better.
DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy): Teaches skills to handle emotions and stress better.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): Change negative thoughts to improve feelings and actions.
